Twenty years of doing it, not talking about it

I have spent more than twenty years as an entrepreneur and a commercial real estate investor — asset and portfolio management, acquisitions, and business development. I founded ERC Specialists.

I mentor and coach the people coming up behind me, because most of what took me years to learn was not complicated. It was just unmarked.

I have been married to Taryn for twenty-two years. We have four children. I coach youth basketball. That order matters, and it is not a line for a website — it is the actual order.
